We are seeking a Business Developer to join and grow our UK customer base.

Abodos Group LTD are looking for a B2B Business Developer to join and grow our UK customer base. The main functions of the successful candidate will be Business Development, Market Research and Maintaining Client Relationships. 

The company has an existing client base which it is looking to expand into 2019 and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills as a BDM.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development and Self Gen Lead Generation (a existing network is preferred)
  • Develop and build a database of potential clients and contacts
  • Identifying new markets, clients and industry opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with you clients
  • Setup events in your area to market the company's products

Commission Structure

Abodos Group Commissions are based on a per product/service basis. All Projexel projects are a one time payout to BDs. All Maximum Leads projects are a monthly payout. Here is a break down of commission and example of potential earnings:

Projexel Services (web design, development, crms and phone applications)
Web Design: 50%
Web Development: 40%
CRMS: 25%
Phone Applications: 20%

Examples:
You see a client needing a website, client gives you spec and price is agreed of £2,000. You would receive 50% of the £2,000, meaning you get £1,000.

You see a client needing a crm system built, client gives you spec and price is agreed £20,000. You would receive 25% of the £20,000, meaning you get £5,000.

Maximum Leads Services (search engine optimisation, pay per click and social media marketing)
PPC: 25% (of monthly fee)
SEO: 20% (of monthly fee)
SMM: 15% (of monthly fee)

Examples:
You see a client needing some ppc, give has budget of £20,000 per month to spend. Maximum Leads management fee is typically between 20% – 25% of budget. Meaning Maximum Leads management fee is £4,000 – £5,000 per month. You would get 25% of this fee per month (as long as the client is live) equaling £1,000 – £1,250.

You see a client needing some SEO, the package is valued at £500. Your commission would be 20% of the £500 meaning £100 per month. (SEO is typically a high volume service so 10 clients of this will equal £1,000 per month. It is also to be noted that most of the services and products are interconnected and up sell-able)

No web industry or marketing experience needed, although it would be advantageous. This is a commission only position and business developers work remotely from anywhere globally. You can do this with another job if preferred, however the more time you invest, the more money you will make.

There is strong support within the company to help business developers close new clients. All market materials supplied.

Commission is paid out automatically by out backend systems which handles all the payments in and out. As BD you will have full access to our backend system so you can see how much commission you have made and pending.
